Copyright Notice

Authors should be aware that once a paper is accepted, it cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. Authors are prohibited from publishing their contributions elsewhere without prior written permission from the publisher, unless the work has been substantially altered. The author warrants that their contribution is original, excluding any excerpts from copyrighted works included with the permission of the respective copyright holders. Furthermore, the work must contain no defamatory statements and must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory right, or proprietary right of others. The author assumes responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of all co-authors. In exchange for these rights, authors retain the following:

1. All proprietary rights, excluding copyrights, such as patent rights.
2. The right to utilize all or part of the article, including tables and figures, in future works provided that appropriate credit is given to the publisher as the copyright holder.
3. The right to make copies of the article for personal use, but not for sale.

Each author is responsible for ensuring that submitted papers adhere to ethical standards regarding plagiarism. All submissions undergo thorough plagiarism checks. If plagiarism is detected in a published paper, the authors will be required to issue a written apology to the original authors. Any paper exhibiting clear signs of plagiarism will be automatically rejected, and the authors may face a one-year ban from publishing in the Journal. Authors will be notified if such circumstances arise.

This paper has not been published in the same form elsewhere and will not be submitted for publication elsewhere prior to acceptance or rejection by this Journal.

Journal Author Rights

To facilitate the publication and dissemination of research articles, SSSMJRP and its Journal require publishing rights. This is established through a publishing agreement between the author and SSSMJRP and its Journal, which addresses the transfer or licensing of copyright to SSSMJRP while allowing authors to retain substantial rights to use and share their published articles. SSSMJRP and its Journal support authors in sharing, disseminating, and maximizing the impact of their research, with the following rights defined for proprietary journals:

For subscription articles, authors transfer copyright to the publisher as part of the journal publishing agreement but retain the right to:

• Share their article for personal use, internal institutional use, and scholarly sharing purposes.
• Retain patent, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, including research data.
• Proper attribution and credit for the published work.

For open access articles, authors sign an exclusive license agreement, retaining copyright while granting exclusive rights to the publisher. In this scenario, authors maintain the right to:

• Share their article in the same manner permitted to third parties under the relevant user license, in addition to personal use rights.
• Retain patent, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, including research data.
• Proper attribution and credit for the published work.

Please note that journals owned by societies or third parties may have different publishing agreements. Authors should consult the journal’s guide for specific copyright information.*

Rights Granted to SSSMJRP and Its Journals

For both subscription and open access articles published in proprietary titles, SSSMJRP and its Journal are granted the following rights:

• The exclusive right to publish and distribute the article and grant rights to others, including for commercial purposes.
• For open access articles, SSSMJRP will apply the relevant third-party user license when publishing the article on its online platforms.
• The right to provide the article in all forms and media, ensuring compatibility with the latest technology post-publication.
• The authority to enforce the rights associated with the article on behalf of the author against third parties in cases of plagiarism or copyright infringement.

Protecting Author Rights

Copyright serves to protect the unique expression of the article's content. SSSMJRP and its Journals are committed to safeguarding authors' work and reputations, taking allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethical disputes, and fraud with utmost seriousness.

Should an author suspect any plagiarism, fraud, or infringement, they are encouraged to contact their SSSMJRP publishing representative, who will coordinate with our in-house legal team. It is important to note that certain open access user licenses may allow for broad reuse that might otherwise be construed as copyright infringement.
